Once you’re in Wishbook mobile app, you get to see a list of attractive catalog collections and single pieces. While browsing you can decide which ones to buy.
Here’s 3 step process for a quick order placement:
Tap on Products. Select your choicest brands from Collections or catalog in Single Pcs in sarees, suits, dress materials, kurtis, and lehengas.
- On 'Product Details' page you get to know the delivery status. Enter the pincode and tap 'APPLY'.
- Select your favorite catalog and tap ‘ADD TO CART’.
- Enter the number of set as per size/s or design/s.
- Proceed further by tapping on ‘GO TO CART.’
- You’ll see an itemized bill of garments in drop-down tab: 'Item Details' and at the end will be the total amount inclusive of GST.
After adding in the cart, Wishbook App asks you to ‘PLACE ORDER’.
- Tapping ‘PLACE ORDER’ button, redirects you to screen that asks to fill in address details in Billing and Delivery Address rows. Even you can Add New Address or Change the current address. If both Delivery and Billing Address is same, checkmark on 'Same as billing address'. Delivery duration and shipping options by 'Air' or 'Surface' is given. Choose as per your convenience and proceed further.
- At the footer, the Payable Amount inclusive of GST, Delivery charges, minus Discount / WB Rewards, is displayed.
Now, tap on 'PROCEED FOR PAYMENT' and make payment from the below options:
- Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card
- Cash on Delivery [COD]
- NEFT
- Cheque
Follow the below steps to place COD order.
For COD,
- To place order, just tap on 'CONFIRM COD ORDER'. [If order value is higher than Rs. 6,000/-, a 10% advance amount is to be paid online. A pop-up window asks confirmation. Tap on 'YES, I WANT TO AVAIL COD OPTION']
- Again, tap on 'Reconfirm COD order'. or [Tap 'PROCEED FOR PAYMENT'.]
- Choose from Credit/Debit/Net Banking/Wallets. Enter details and tap on 'Pay'.
Congratulations...!!! Your order is placed.
