Returns are accepted only, if there are visible manufacturing defects, and color/design mismatch. Return Request should be created from Wishbook App itself and informed to Support Executive on: 02616718989, within 72 Hours of delivery of goods.

Below is the screenshot guide for placing a return request:

  1. Tap Menu bar --> select the 8th tab: 'Return Request'. Now, tap on '+'.
  2. List of orders is displayed. Select the order ID you want to return and confirm it.

Below is the guiding steps for placing a replacement request:

  1. Tap Menu bar --> select the 7th tab: 'Replacement Request'. Now, tap on '+'.
  2. List of orders is displayed. Select the order ID you want to replace and confirm it.

Once you've placed the return/replacement request, wait for it to get approved. Once approved the return/replacement request is generated and a courier pick-up boy will come at your place to pick up the parcel.

Note: Keep the parcel with tag, labels and invoice attached ready and in unused condition.
