To update the status of received orders, here are the simple steps you’ll have to follow:

  1. Pending Qty.: Item wise pending orders are shown for Eg.: 8. Click on ‘Change’, a box pops-up, enter the number of items ready for pick-up and click on ‘SAVE’. And, if unavailable mention the same.
  2. Expected Date: A box pop-ups when you click on ‘Change’ add the date by when the parcel will be ready for pick-up. And, then ‘SAVE’ it.
  3. Mark Unavailable: If all the items are not in stock, and won’t be available in future date then click on this and enter the Quantity and click on ‘SAVE’.

Note: If pending orders are not fulfilled/dispatched within 2-days [48 hours], the Buyer is given the right to 'Cancel' your order. Make sure you fulfill within specified period.
